Spotting potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve
analytical procedure
Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall)
performance issues and propose methodical optimisation tests, both on-site and
campaign based
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes and implications of results.
Lead development of KPIs, forecasting models and dashboards. Formalize goal setting and success measurement process for new enhancement web projects.
Identify reporting requirements, monitor the reporting implementation, evaluate post-launch metrics and provide next steps recommendations.
Provide actionable quantitative and qualitative insights across digital channels
Manage customized Google Analytics deployment through Google Tag Manager leveraging Enhanced Ecommerce and custom event tracking for web, mobile and mobile apps
Manage the governance and integrity of the Google Analytics environment including creation and maintenance of documentation for all tracked events; accounts, custom dimensions, views, filters, segments, custom tags, dashboards and reporting
Support Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Print Marketing to ensure marketing efforts are being tracked in Google Analytics
Ensure data integrity and testing processes are followed for reporting and research tools. Work with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data discrepancies
