Job Description:

Work time: 40 working hours a week including 22 teaching hours

Location : Shanghai

Salary:
No work experience (graduated from university):
Salary (8000/10 000/12 000 RMB after tax) is decided based on previous teaching experience and performance.
More than 2years work experience
Salary (12 000 + RMB after tax) is decided based on previous teaching experience and performance.

Requirement:
English speaker with pure accent.
Bachelor's degree and above.
Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Use a variety of activities and instructional methods(songs ,stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc)to motivate and stimulate children's abilities
2. Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
3. Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
4. Cooperate with good communication skills
5. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
