A growing transportation company MVS Dispatch LLC based in the USA has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated professional as a Trucking Dispatcher.

Requirements:
• Experience in Logistics is a plus;
• Fluent in both Verbal and Written English. Level "with a dictionary" or "I understand everything, but I can not answer" - does not fit;
• High tolerance for stress. The ability to make quick decisions and to work in high pressure situations in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent time-management skills;
• Computer literacy - MS Office, Internet browsing, E-mailing;
• High level of communication and negotiating skills;
• Willingness to achieve great results and to earn more;
• Quick-learner and able to multitask
If you do not have any experience at all, but you feel that it is job of your dream and you are meeting the requirements described above - we will teach you.

Responsibilities of a Trucking dispatcher include but are not limited to:
• Finding loads and negotiating rates;
• Maintaining communication with drivers and customers;
• Maintenance of accompanying documentation;
• Providing customer service

Working conditions:
• Salary : fixed rate + % from each of the closed deals + system of bonuses;
• Working hours : Monday-Friday - 14:00- 23:00, Saturday (two times a month) - 15:00-22:00, Saturday departure is paid separately
