NPort 5150 - асинхронный сервер предназначен для подключения любых устройств с последовательным интерфейсом RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 к Ethernet сетям, например, для построения точек продаж, систем безопасности, диспетчеризации, сбора данных и т.п.
Благодаря NPort Real COM/TTY драйверам, программное обеспечение, которое работало с COM/TTY портами, теперь может работать и в TCP/IP сетях. Эта особенность позволяет очень быстро интегрировать любое оборудование с последовательным портом в любые Интранет или Интернет сети.
Сервер NPort 5150 поддерживает режимы TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server/Client, Pair Connection, и Ethernet Modem, гарантируя совместимость сетевого программного обеспечения, которое использует стандартную API сеть (Winsock, BSD Sockets).
