The state-owned enterprise Kiev Poultry Combine (hereinafter - the Enterprise) marked the beginning of its activity in the late 1960s. It was organized to produce, process and supply food products from meat, poultry and fish. The number of employees of the enterprise exceeded 300 people, and the capacity of productivity reached 40 tons of production per day. In 1994, according to the decree of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On privatization of state property," privatization has started. By the 08.02.1994 a collective enterprise "Kiev Poultry Plant" was created, which became the owner of the entire property complex with a total area of 16,492.30 m2 in the form of 1-and 2-storey buildings located on the land plot of 4,15 hectares.
To date, the company leases out its own premises for warehouses. The enterprise does now have accounts payable. It is profitable.

A detached one-story building of a boiler house equipped with two steam boilers is all in good condition. However, routine maintenance is required.

All buildings can be heated by their own steam boiler house. Since currently 20% of premises are operated, it is not economically feasible to start a boiler house.
All buildings are in satisfactory condition.
90% of the warehouse space, as of today, is leased.

Communications:
A medium-pressure gas pipeline (3 atmospheres) with two SRHG inputs (gas distribution cabinet) and two gas metering units;
Potable water pipe (pipe diameter 150) with the accounting unit;
Internal sewerage system (pipe diameter 150-200) with connection to the city;
Steam heating (own boiler room, two boilers, type of boilers E-2.5) capacity - 5 tons / hour;
Electric power - own transformer substation with a capacity of 1260kVa.

Additionally:
the territory of the property complex is fenced with a brick fence, asphalted. There are two
entrance, two operating weight scales (10tn. covered). The territory is guarded around the clock.
