Концерт, выпущенный в формате DVD, записан 5 июня 2001 года в Sunrise Theater, Флорида, США.
В музыкальном отношении концерт заслуживает хорошей оценки. Отличные версии "Mary Long", "Fools" и "Hey Cisco" увековечены на официальном видео впервые. Кроме того, на сегодняшний день (сентябрь 2002 года) это самая последняя видеозапись группы с Джоном Лордом, который был в тот вечер великолепен. И хотя сама по себе режиссура выполнена на 4 с минусом (небольшое количество камер, некоторый дисбаланс звукового микса), тем не менее, концерт стоил того, чтобы быть сохраненным для потомков в видео формате. Как и полагается для DVD, помимо самого концерта, на диске присутствует большое количество закулисных съемок до и после - от саундчека и до впечатленных зрелищем американских фэнов. Пожалуй, еще никогда мы не видели столь детальных съемок "изнутри", причем зрители буквально смогут почувствовать на себе "предстартовое волнение" музыкантов перед выходом на сцену. Кроме того, на диске записано довольно большое количество интервью музыкантов, часть из которых посвящено выступлению Deep Purple вместе с Лучано Паваротти на благотворительном концерте в Италии в 2001 году.
Выпущен в 2002 году. Весной 2002 года Джон Лорд заявил о своем решении расстаться с группой. Спустя некоторое время его место занял Дон Эйри.

Come Hell or High Water представляет собой компиляцию из треков, записанных в ходе тура The Battle Rages On в 1993 году. Были использованы записи, сделанные на двух концертах: в Штутгарте 16 октября 1993 и в Бирмингеме 9 ноября.
DVD-видео Come Hell Or High Water, вышедшее в 1994 году с той же обложкой, что и компакт-диск. Однако видео включает в себя неполную запись концерта в Бирмингеме (вырезаны большинство пауз между песнями, вырезана предпоследняя песня Hush) и, соответственно, имеет другой набор и порядок треков. Нужно отметить, что на альбоме подавляющее число номеров записано в Штутгарте:
