Working hours: 18:00 — 03:00 (GMT +2, Kyiv): Monday to Friday

(work for a sales target, 10 appointments a day (with good approach to work, task can be done in 4−5 hours and then you’re free, no need to wait until end of your shift).

Location: Remote work (work from home)

Languages: Russian + English! Please dont apply If you don’t speak English or Russian

Position Duties:

During your working day you will be working with existing client base and schedule appointments for annual technical service of water equipment.

You will record and process reservations for regular service appointments for existing clients made by phone/fax/email, website
Proactively work with existing base (not cold-calling) & do inside sales (up-sell services to existing clients)
Maintain knowledge of special rates / offers / promotions.
Maintains high quality of correspondence and accuracy of information input into reservations while ensuring timeliness of correspondence.
Requirements:

Minimum higher education completed.
Advanced in writing and speaking English, Russian.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to work remotely (!) and be self-managed\
Willingness to work during evening / night hours
1 year call-centre experience is a plus but not a must
