We are an established Call Centre in the UK dealing primarily with Claims and Law Industry. We are opening another Call centre in Lviv dealing with outband calls and sales to clients in the UK.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of an outbound call centre. This is a varied and exciting role where you can play a big part in the company’s upcoming growth plans.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing in English and will be able to manage, coach and develop a large team of employees.

Duties:

·Manage a large call centre.

·Dialler Management Experience (preferably).

·Experience in managing multiple campaigns

·Coach and develop your team

·Ensure that excellent customer service is received at all time

Excellent interpersonal skills

·Drive the team to hit targets

·Manage KPI’s (key performance indicators)

·Report daily to the Head in the United Kingdom.
