New unit still provides an easy way to receive data from the vessel Automatic Identification System (AIS) device and straight to their own ECDIS PC or PPC,iPhone,iPad which builtin a WiFi network adapter .The AIS Pilot Plug sends out all relevant information such as AIS targets, ship's Position, Heading, SOG,COG and ROT(rate-of-turn) over TCP/IP protocol. Suitable for use with SEAiq Pilot (recommended) ,iNavX or iSailor on iPad;AisPilot on Android.
New unit builtin high capacity Li-ion rechargeable Battery,long time fot piloting. Battery can be charge by a external power supply while WiFi unit working or not.
